• If a customer locks in an NCE commitment before 1 April 2023, the subscription will be price locked at the MSRP rate at the time of purchase, for the duration of the commitment term.
• If a customer is on an NCE commitment that expires after 1 April 2023, customers will not see the price increase until their subscription renews at their anniversary date.
• If a customer is on a legacy annual commitment (upfront or monthly) that expires after 1 April 2023, customers will not see the price increase until their subscription renews at their Microsoft Commitment End Date.
